By accessing and using the services of Warrantedstores Fitness Studio ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Warrantedstores Fitness Studio provides specialized fitness training services for runners, including:

• Personal and group fitness training sessions
• Running technique coaching
• Strength and conditioning programs
• Endurance training programs

• Online resources and exercise libraries
• Nutritional guidance and wellness coaching

3. Membership and Registration

Membership Requirements

To become a member, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Complete our registration process
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Agree to these Terms of Service
• Pay applicable fees

Member Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

• Use the facilities and services responsibly
• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions

4. Fees and Payment

Membership Fees

Membership fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods and reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' written notice.

Payment Terms

• Monthly memberships are billed on the same date each month
• Annual memberships must be paid in full at signup
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Returned payments will incur additional fees

Cancellation Policy

Memberships may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of membership periods, except as required by law.

5. Health and Safety

Health Clearance

You acknowledge that participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks. You confirm that:

• You are in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation
• You will consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program
• You will inform us of any health conditions or limitations
• You will exercise within your physical capabilities

Assumption of Risk

You understand and acknowledge that physical exercise involves risks of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in our programs and agree that Warrantedstores Fitness Studio is not liable for any injuries that may occur.

Safety Guidelines

All members must:

• Follow proper exercise techniques as instructed
• Use equipment safely and appropriately
• Report any unsafe conditions immediately
• Not exercise if feeling unwell
• Bring appropriate workout attire and footwear

6. Facility Rules and Conduct

General Conduct

Members are expected to:

• Treat all persons with respect and courtesy
• Keep the facility clean and organized
• Follow all posted rules and regulations
• Not engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Respect the property of others and the facility

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
• Use of drugs or alcohol on the premises
• Theft or damage to property
• Recording or photographing others without consent
• Commercial activities without prior approval

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our programs, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Warrantedstores Fitness Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or copy our training methods
• Share proprietary information with competitors

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warrantedstores Fitness Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Interruption of services
• Loss of data or information

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Upon termination:

• You must return any property belonging to us
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable
